Happy Family Happy Community will deliver services by creating a holistic approach to assist families in their neighborhood’s comfort, in their language, and integrated with their cultures. Families are partners in the process and play equal roles in identifying, create and evaluate all programs. All program designs will be in response to requests from the community.
